U11A Triangular Rugby v Witham Hall and Oakham - 4/12/19

U11 'A' team V Witham L 1-3, V Oakham L 0-4

Although the team lost these last two games, the performances in each match were excellent.  All nine players gave everything they had against two very strong teams.  Every player has improved enormously over the season and it was impossible to pick out any single player in these fixtures.  Playing Oakham, who had fresh legs, immediately after the Witham game was hard and with no subs, they all kept at it in physical, bruising encounters.  The opposition coaches were full of praise for a Copthill side that wouldn't give up and fought to the final whistle.  The positive attitude and encouragement towards all members of the team was particularly pleasing to see.
