U11B Netball v Laxton Wed 10th Feb 2016

Laxton got off to a rapid start scoring three goals in the first quarter. We re-organised in the second quarter and played a relatively defensive game for the duration.

However, the girls pulled out all of the stops in the final eight minutes and we managed to claw back a goal, which made Mrs Klimes very happy :)

It was tough to pick out a player of the match as always because everyone gave it their all. However, Jessie Westwood's attacking pace onto the ball worked very well with Georgie Sakkalli's feeding the ball in from the centre court. It meant that we kept the ball in our goal end long enough for us to score. This was an accomplishment because Laxton's defence were extremely strong.

Well done to all of the team for remaining positive and playing hard to the end.
