U11A Girls Hockey v Ratcliffe School

The U11A Girls Hockey team played their final match of the season against Ratcliffe School on Wed 30th Nov.  After the teams amazing performance last week at the ISA National Hockey Tournament their team performance didn't quite show their full capabilities however, they held it together and worked hard to improve their positioning and create the spacing that they needed to move the ball effectively around the hockey pitch.  The ball was end to end and saw both teams working hard to win possession of the ball.  The final whistle was blown with a 0-0 draw achieved.  Captain of the match was Jemima Hitcham and player of the match was awarded to Gemma O'Flaherty fo her solid tackling in her role as a defender.

Well done girls, a fantastic season of hockey.
