Lindsey are triumphant at the Upper School Sports Day
Well done to every boy and girl in Years 4, 5 and 6 who participated with true sporting spirit in the recent Upper School Sports Day! The boys and girls battled hard in every track race and they jumped and threw with fantastic results.
11 impressive records were either set or matched across the event in the vortex javelin, high jump, hurdles, skipping and 600m events. Quite an achievement for all those concerned: Alexa Scott, Fabien Wyer-Roberts, Libby Bird (vortex javelin), Emily Darrell, Sammy Harriss, James Christou (High Jump), Georgia Plant (Hurdles), Bea Selkirk, James Hayes, Charlie Plant (Skipping) and India North (600m).
Lindsey were victorious on the day in accumulating the most points in this highly energetic sporting event. Well done to everyone and thank you to the children for all their enthusiasm.
