U9, U10 & U11 Rugby v Brooke Priory on Wednesday 11th October 2017
Copthill played host to Brooke Priory on Wednesday in what was a fantastic afternoon of rugby.
Brooke Priory are always a well organised school and their teams play in a competitive, but friendly, spirit.
The U9's played 3 mini games drawing 2 of them and losing the last one by 2 try's. The U10's were fantastic from start to finish winning by a massive score of 14-2!! The U11's were also excellent if changes were not made by Mr Willson they too would have ran out very heavy winners. However Mr Willson conditioned the match well and Copthill won by one try.
Captain for the U9's was Otto Stone and men of the matches were Michael Perkins and Seb Cheales for their super tackling. Captain for the U10's was Logan Todd and man of the match was Rory Driver and for the U11's Edmund Kavati captained the side and Henry S-P was named man of the match.
Very well done to all the boys who took part in the matches, they should be proud of their efforts.
