Stamford Hockey Festival U11's

Wednesday 19th Sept saw the first festival of the season for the Hockey girls. The U11's started the festivals and we took all of the girls to compete across two teams.
Both teams developed across each and every game and structure and confidence improved throughout the whole festival. Holly Potts and Lottie Parker really stood out for the B teams with their enthusiasm and work ethic across the afternoon, both were awarded Player of the Festival. For the A's this was awarded to Annabel Hayes, she managed to intercept a number of 16yrd hits by being eager to get back and demonstrate awareness.
The girls enjoyed a windy hockey filled afternoon with some yummy cupcakes and some wonderful parent support!
