U11 Boys Hockey House Matches 2019
The U11 Boys Hockey House matches took place yesterday in what was a thrilling afternoon of hockey and one of the best house matches I've witnessed.
All the matches were very closely fought with houses winning by the odd goal or two. There was some excellent hockey on display and sportsmanship was evident throughout, which was fantastic to see.
It was very close between 3 houses until the final 2 matches of the tournament and then it went down to the final match with Lindsey needing to beat Milton 3-0 or more to win the trophy! However they only managed to win 2-0 which meant that Milton won on fewer goals conceded!
An excellent afternoon which was well supported by parents and the boys thoroughly enjoyed it!
Well done to you all and thank you to Mr Thomas, Mr Willson, Mr Howitt and Mr N Teesdale for helping organise and run the afternoon.
