U11 B Rugby Festival at Stamford School Wednesday 20th September 2017
Copthill Under 11 Rugby Team produced some fine and resilient performances when they took part in the U11 festival of rugby at Stamford School on Wednesday, which was attended by 8 schools.
Whilst the boys lost most of the matches they played only by the odd try or two. They did manage a convincing win against Brook Priory in which Freddie Bedford was instrumental in!
ALL boys deserve great credit for the efforts put in during the afternoon in what were quick and frantic matches being only 8 minutes long.
Special mentions go to William Baker, Gilbert Genever-Jones, Calum Riddle, Freddie Bedford, Alec Telford and Henry Wickham.
Well done boys, you should be proud of your efforts.
