A great win for the U9 Girls
Well done this afternoon to the U9 Girls Netball team who put on a fine and sleek performance. The girls dominated from the beginning and played a well executed game; they passed methodically with accurate passes and moved purposefully into space to receive the next pass. Copthill linked their passes smoothly to progress the ball towards the goal circle offering Ratcliffe few opportunities to regain possession.
Lexie, Georgina and Lulu all contributed to the impressive 12 goals scored; they showed control and accuracy in their shooting. Keep up the practice at break times girls! You all did well today. In defence Lulu, Rhea and Olivia all worked hard defending and were on task to intercept the ball and pass it on quickly. Flo Cavacuiti, Lucy, Flo Keeble and Ava all played well in their roles as WA and WD. They were alert and quick, moving energetically to link the order of passes. And super determination and focus from Hollie in her role as Centre.
