U11 A&B Rugby v TPS - Wednesday 25th September 2019
The Year 6 boys played host to The Peterborough School on Wednesday which also saw the visit of former Copthill member of staff Mr Howitt as coach of the opposition!
The U11 A played full contact and were in complete control of the match winning very comfortably 9-2. All the boys played well and were well organised and had to discipline themselves to combat some strong runners with the ball.
The U11 B team played TAG in which was a very closely fought contest with Copthill coming out on top by just 1 try, winning 12-11. The boys played well and supported the ball carrier, which was a key element of the match.
Well done to all the boys who took part.
