U11A Hockey v Stamford JS - Wednesday 29th January 2020
Copthill produced an outstanding performance against SJS on Wednesday beating them very comfortably.
The match was played in 6 10 minute periods as Copthill had a lot of players in their squad and it was good for everyone to play in different positions during the afternoon and feedback was offered at regular intervals.
Copthill came flying out of the traps in the opening 10 minutes, scoring 3 great team goals within 5 minutes! Stamford just could not handle the pace, flair and creativity of Copthill's attacking play!
ALL the boys were a credit to Copthill demonstrating great teamwork, effort and sportsmanship throughout the afternoon.
Well done to all the boys who took part and ALL are awarded man of the match!
