U9 Netball v TPS'B' - Wed 1st March 2017
Very well done to all the U9 girls who played in the match on Wednesday. They worked well as a team and linked a number of good passes to progress the ball towards the goal. The girls tried hard to mark their players and intercept passes to gain possession of the ball.
It was a very evenly matched game which could have gone either way. Unfortunately Copthill narrowly lost by one goal in an otherwise excellent performance against some very tall opposition.
Captain of the team was Lulu Berry and Player of the match was awarded to Florence Pennell for her determination and perseverance.
