Sport report update – by Nicole Edenborough-Elliott

On the 9th of October the under 11B team played against Brooke Priory in a very tough match between the two. The game started pretty easily for Brooke Priory, but about half way through the first quarter Copthill tried to keep it 0:0 but Brooke Priory scored a goal fairly quickly then it started to get competitive. The second quarter got quite interesting because Copthill got the ball then Brook Priory took the ball , but then all of a sudden Brooke Priory got the ball and outsmarted Copthill with one of their tricks and scored another goal.Brook Priory got even stronger in the third quarter and scored another two goals in that half Copthill tried as hard as they could ,to try and not let Brook priory score another goal.The last quarter was pretty intense bcause Brooke were getting close to scoring another goal but the defenders slapped it away and got it back to half way, suddenly Brook got the ball and raced towards the goals but the defenders hit it away as far as they could but it didn’t go very far because one of the Brooke Priory players got the ball and scored a goal.The final score was 5:0 to Brook Priory.
