U9 &U11 vs Ratcliffe Away

All 4 girls hockey teams had fantastic matches at Ratcliffe today in the Autumn sunshine. U9as were unlucky to lose 3-0 which was not a reflection of the effort and enthusiasm that the players gave. U9bs won convincingly 4-0 developing their competitive skills in their first half pitch game. Both mixed u11 teams played brilliantly Using so much width and working together as teams to control the play. The defence from Both teams was fantastic with both goalkeepers being commended for brilliant keeping skills. All had shots on goal with a 3-0 and 3-2 narrow defeat which were not reflections of the girls’ determination and amazing effort.
