U9 A Netball v Stamford

The U9 A's had an exciting game of netball against Stamford Juniors on a blustery Thursday afternoon. The girls held their own well in the first half, with only one goal being conceded. Despite losing our centre, part way through the game due to illness and a player with a ball on the nose, the girls kept possession of the ball for a good percentage of the match. Unfortunately, we did not manage to score as the Stamford defence was particularly strong.
