U9 Squad v Ayscoughfee Wed 27th Jan 2016
The U9 Squad played a fantastic game against Ayscoughfee this afternoon and battled hard throughout. Ivy Kettlewell was captain for the first half of the game and at the end of the first half the score was 5-0 to Copthill. Bea Selkirk was awarded player of the first half. Passes were linked effectively and Copthill dominated throughout.
In the second half of the game Gracie Siddall was captain and she was also awarded player of the second half for her excellent and accurate passes from the back line. The second half of the game saw Ayscoughfee score 5 goals and Copthill were unfortunate not to increase their score further. The girls all played well and really worked hard to adhere to the rules of the game.
Well done to all the Year 4 girls who represented Copthill in true sporting spirit.
