U11 A, B & C Football v St Hugh's 17-01-2018
Copthill demonstrated what outstanding footballing talent they have when they visited St Hugh's on Wednesday.
The C team notched up a huge score winning 10-1! The B team also producing an incredible display winning 9-0 and the A team, playing 2 matches against St Hugh's and Grantham Prep, won both 2-0.
Ted Pennell scored 5 goals for the C team and played very well and Austin Waller scored 4 goals for the B team and also played very well and was awarded man of the match with Ruben Baker captaining the side. Man of the match for the C team was Rory Driver.
Freddie Bedford was captain for the A team matches and was awarded man of the match against St Hugh's and Owen N-W was given man of the match against Grantham, who played outstandingly well in both matches. Goals were scored by Freddie Bedford (3) and Sammy Chesworth.
Well done to all the boys who participated in the matches.
