U10 Netball v Ayscoughfee Wed 11th Jan 2017
The U10 Girls Netball team played their very first match of the season today on only day two of the new Spring term. It only took the girls 2 or 3 minutes to find their feet and after Ayscoughfee scored their first goal and were dominating with the ball, Copthill quickly turned the game around and made it their mission to take control.
Ayscoughfee marked tightly and limited the options for Copthill to pass whenever we had possession. However some excellent passing to progress the ball down the netball court allowed a good number of shooting opportunities. Player of the match was awarded to Emily Anderson for her excellent shooting. Captain of the game was Jessica Dean.
A fantastic 6-3 win to Copthill.
