U9 TAG Rugby v The Peterborough School on Wednesday 17th October 2018
Copthill U9's travelled to The Peterborough School on Wednesday to play a game of TAG rugby. The boys have not played TAG this term since the transition from Year 3 to Year 4 and contact rugby has been regular.
The boys adapted well scoring straight from the start! They continued to dominate the match with many try's being scored throughout the team. There was some brilliant team play and they tried to pass the ball down the line on many occasions.
Monty Wild captained the team and Milo Gray was awarded player of the match for an outstanding second half performance!
Well done to all the boys who played and to all the Year 4 boys who have taken part in their first contact rugby matches of the year as this first half of the term draws to a close.
