U9 Rugby v Stamford Rugby Club on Tuesday 9th October 2018
Copthill played at Stamford Rugby Club on Tuesday in what was a glorious evening of rugby in the Indian Summer that we're experiencing!
We played 2 matches and won both, however they were both very closely fought matches, in particular the second one.
Copthill eventually showed some outstanding rugby and started to pass and move as the evening drew to a close.
The stand out player for me during the evening was Monty Wild who started to offload the ball perfectly and ran at the appropriate times.
Well done to all of you that took part and good luck in the matches today, which are again at Empingham Road in Stamford.
