Parents, Lads & Staff Football Match - Thursday 10th March 2016
Parents and staff joined forces to take part in the annual football match versus the children, which took place after the house matches.
It was a fantastic turnout from the parents and staff who, once again, were invincible! The children always believe, which is fantastic as they should always have dreams! However this was unfortunately all this was going to be as the staff raced into a very early 3-0 lead with a brace from Nick Teesdale and a Darren Ferguson lob as we approached half time.
Even with the pupils applying there own rules to football, they just couldn't find a way back as the match ended in a comfortable 6-3 win for the staff & parents.
I would like to say a huge thank you for all the parents for turning up, in what is a really enjoyable afternoon of football.
Better luck at the rounders next term boys!
