U9 Netball team v Ratcliffe Thurs 10th March 2016

The U9 Netball team, captained by Ivy Kettlewell,  finished their season in style this afternoon with another win to add to their very successful Netball season.  They played Ratcliffe at home and were quick to take a convincing lead and notch up a good number of goals in very quick succession.  Ratcliffe worked hard and the ball was end to end but Ratcliffe were unable to score a goal until the very last quarter, the final score being an impressive 9-1 win to Copthill.  Copthill linked together their passes effortlessly to progress the ball down the netball court and into the goal circle each time.  The girls enjoyed experiencing different playing positions and played the game in good sporting spirit.  Well done girls - you have worked very hard all term and have achieved excellent results.

Keep up the hard work as we move into the Rounders season.
