Community Sports Leaders Session
On Tuesday 20th September the Year 1 and 2 children had a fantastic afternoon of different sporting opportunities within their usual Games afternoon. The children were placed into small groups and rotated around a number of different sporting activities and modified games. The activities were led by Community Sports Leaders from Stamford College and it was super to see the energy, enthusiasm and teamwork that our Copthill children displayed.
The Community Sports Leaders motivated the children very well, were creative in their ideas and the children responded well to the tasks and activities presented.
There were some fantastic archery scores with many children scoring the maximum top points.
Well done to all the children and thank you to the Community Sports Leaders for their efforts this afternoon.
