U11 vs Laxton

This was a big game for the girls, our last chance to really consolidate our structure and everything we have practised ready for the big ISA tournament the next day.

The girls played some wonderful hockey; working on playing the ball wide, feeding the D from the sides and taking an early strike on the ball. The girls worked hard at the start of the game and the contest was tight as we were drawing 1-1. The girls then settled into the game and started to play to our game plan. They scored three goals in quick succession and start to take charge.

The final score was a 7-3 win, and a wonderful finish to their last ever home fixture!
