U9 Rugby v Ratcliffe on Wednesday 29th November 2017

All the boys in Year 4 participated in the final contact match of the season at home to Ratcliffe on Wednesday 29th November.

It was a really chilly afternoon, however the boys made sure that the effort and determination was produced in order for them to stay warm. Credit must go to all of them for participating on a really cold wintry afternoon.

Both games were played to a great standard with the A team ending their season with a great win 7-4 and the B team drawing 7-7 in an epic encounter! The A team have done tremendously well this term and have only lost the odd match. They have great potential if they could keep their tackling low.

Well done to all the boys who played yesterday and for all their efforts throughout the rugby term. They will be moving on to hockey after Christmas with a little sprinkling of football thrown in!

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year to you all

Mr Smith
