U9 Netball v Laxton - Wed 10th Feb 2016

Well done this afternoon to the U9 Girls Netball team who played an exciting match against Laxton.  The girls truly deserved the win that they achieved with some impressive and outstanding netball play.  Four quarters were played and at the end of the first quarter the game looked even with equal possession between the two teams.  Copthill then stepped up their game and took an impressive lead that gave them the confidence to fight for the ball and begin to dominate.  Copthill finished the game with a 5-2 win.  Captain was India North and player of the match was awarded to Isla Fulluck for some outstanding shooting.  Ivy Kettlewell should be commended on her success in regaining possession of the ball for her team and all round movement on the netball court.

Well done to Isla, Ivy, Eliana, Isobel, Emily, Jessica and  India.
