U11 A Rugby Tournament @ Leicester Grammar Junior School on Wednesday 7th November 2018
Copthill took a squad of players to Leicester Grammar School to play rugby.
They played a total of 6 matches winning 3 and losing 3. They played some amazing rugby at times but then lacked sporting aggression when needed in the big games. They must ensure that their tackling and support play in far better when they take part in the ISA on Friday.
All the boys should be pleased with their efforts, in particular Sam Chesworth who was captain for the afternoon and led by example being awarded player of the tournament for Copthill.
Mr Thomas & Mr Smith wish the boys all the very best for Friday when Mr Thomas takes them to the U11 ISA in Bedford.
