U11A Rugby Tournament at Laxton Junior School

 

A fun filled afternoon of rugby at Laxton Junior school in the bitter wind. We won two games in the group stage against Jerwoods and TPS but unfortunately lost to Witham in the final group game meaning we came second in our group. We then faced Group 2 winners Bedford Modern who went on to win the tournament. Captain was Stan and the player of the tournament was Owen. A mixed afternoon, 2 wins, 2 losses but some good rugby played by all of the teams. Picture above of the teams Lucky mascot whilst waiting for the semi-final.
