U9 B Rugby v Witham Hall on Thursday 8th November 2018
Some of the Year 4 boys formed the B team in a rugby match against Witham Hall on Thursday in what was a thoroughly entertaining game!
The game was action packed and end to end stuff filled with excellent tackling from Copthill and superb direct running from Witham.
The final score was 9 - 9 and man of the match was Alfie Bird for his positive aggressive running at the opposition. Captain was Ben Alliston who led the team well.
Well done to all the boys who took part and we now look forward to their final match of the season against Ratcliffe next Wednesday before the up coming eagerly anticipated house matches!
